SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Is shipping in the UK free?
Yes, for all orders with shipping taking 3 to 5 days. For Express delivery (1-2 working days) the shipping cost is £8.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide, standard shipping (taking 3 to 5 working days) is free in Europe with a £150 spend (£2.50 otherwise) and Express delivery (1-2 working days) the shipping cost is £8 in Europe.
For the rest of the world standard shipping (taking 5 to 10 days) is free with a £300 spend (£5 otherwise).
Do you accept exchanges/returns?
We are happy to offer a refund on all items purchased online when returned within 30 days from the shipping date. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Where this is not possible, we will issue a credit note to use online. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund when you return a product.
Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) and place a new order.
How can I return a product?
Please contact us at email@example.com including your order number.
Please note, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. Although the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund when your return a product.
All goods must be sent back in their original condition, along with the original tags and packaging. They should be unused, unwashed and undamanaged. Items will be inspected upon return, and will be returned to the sender if they are not in their original saleable condition.
Please note we are unable to refund shipping charges for any deliveries that are refused and these return fees may be deducted from your refund.
The refund value for international orders placed in a non-GBP (£) currency will be based on the daily exchange rate.
Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please note that all pierced jewelry, and sale items are final sale and can’t be returned.
IPSEITY monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
What if my return is late?
Any returns received more than 30 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our studio and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.
How long does it take to ship my order?
During the week: 24 to 48 h. Over the weekend: the following Monday. Please note, sale items can take more time to be shipped. (You will be notified by email).
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been sent you will receive an email with an online tracking number.
PRODUCTS & MAINTENANCE
What are your maintenance instructions?
You can find all care instructions on the web page of the product and you will also receive an ID card for each product you will buy in which you will have all the info.
Where are your products made?
Most of our products are handmade by our international designers. You will find the location of production of your product online on the web page of the product or on the ID card of your product we will send to you.
What types of credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards and Apple Pay. You can also use Paypal to complete your order.
When will my bank account be debited for my order?
When you place an order, your account is debited when we ship the order to you, usually 24-48 hours after you order.
Can I buy you products from another retailer?
No. There are no other stockists for IPSEITY. Our products are exclusively available online. We sometimes organise pop up stores and events where you can come shop our pieces.
Can I get an exchange or refund at your events or pop up stores?
Yes you can but only during the period of time of the event or of the pop up store.
